HOW TO USE

The perfect blend of broth and herbs to rub on all meats, especially beef.
Season generously and rub the blend into the meat. Use as a marinade base by adding oil or sauces.

I like your products. I agree with your comments re American culture. In our culture, Black Friday meant a Friday 13th of the month, being bad luck. My brother was born on a Friday 13th, but our Mother always said it was a very lucky day for us all. and so it was. There is too much boring event marketing anyway. I usually take no notice. I did once try a brand of broth from a shop, but found it too salty (& not Himalayan salt) too gluey, no individual flavour. I can't bear to try any of that brand's products after that. Your are the only ones. I usually buy the 1kg size, so only order occasionally. But I use it in all sorts of things, as you suggest. Thank you for having such an ethical business. I hope you continue forever.
